So far so good. I use it with a 10A Smart Plug. Primary purpose is to time planted aquarium lights, but many a times we switch on manually, and forget to switch off. If there is an option to switch off automatically after 10 minutes if the power was manually turned on, it would be very useful. Similarly if the power was manually turned off, automatically turn it on in set time.

My experience is very bad with this. I have brought two smart hub 4 switches and installed it. This is via Amazon. In just three hours of usage the device went completely dead. Now Amazon is not even refunding. This is a product on which I cannot depend. I lost my money but that's ok. I actually ordered multiple smart switches and smart breakers. But I have cancelled all the orders before being delivered. As for app, no point of keeping in my phone for which the hardware is not working anymore

Works for most of the operations except..: 1. Inching feature not working for gang switches. Whatever time you set, it switches off in 2 secs. (Which is the default placeholder value of this feature). 2. Changing icon inage does not work most of the time. Out of 100 attempts, I could only change on 2 devices after multiple attempts.. Once you select the picture and save, it says "failed to load Image". Permissions are ok because it could upload for 2 devices successfully after umpteen attempts.
