Macaúbas FM 103.9 was founded in 1986, assembled by engineer Manoel Frias, with the concession of the then minister, Antonio Carlos Magalhães.
Having as first partners, Sebastião Nunes and Felix Mendonça.
When founded it functioned at Rua Boquira, on top of Alexadrino and already had a signal range in the surrounding cities.
Macaúbas FM radio was created to bring joy, music and information to society.
For over 33 years on the air, to this day, it has been an audience leader in more than 23 cities, and other locations in the partial region.
