About this app

Equal House is the family organiser that helps your whole household share the load — fairly. It's built for the "mental load": instead of one person holding every chore, appointment and to-do in their head, everyone can see the work and share it evenly.

At its heart is the Fairness Engine. Rather than nagging, it shares chores by effort and by who's genuinely free, never gives a child a job that isn't safe for them, and gives your home a 0–100 Fairness Score everyone can see. Auto-Balance shares the jobs out in one tap, and Fairer week ahead proposes a better split of the days to come.

KIDS & POCKET MONEY
• Kid Mode — a simple board with stars and streaks. Children sign in with a picture code and a PIN, only on a device a grown-up already uses, and are never asked for an email address

• Set exactly what each chore pays, apart from how hard it is

LOOK AFTER EACH OTHER

What's new

• Two of you did one job? Share it out: say how much is done, hand the rest over, and you are each credited for your share.
• Tapping a job on the calendar opens the same panel Home does, title and all.
• Add no longer covers your list — it sits at the foot of the screen.
• Your account, rebuilt: change your own name. The kids' code need not be unique.

Fixed: a pale band under the bottom bar, and work hours reading "not set" despite a rota.
