When was the last time this app was updated? the "next bus near me feature is useless 50% of the time. The back button can be confusing because sometimes it will shut off the app entirely. It's laid out like some city councillor's grandson designed it for money to go to college. There hasn't been any thought put in this app for years if at all. The "my stop arrivals" work decently. There's always notifications showing, though there isn't anything new posted. It's an excuse for an app! please fix

It takes somewhere between 100 and 200 keypresses to buy a ten ride reload. Also, ten rides is the only pay-as-you-go option. This often doesn't even last ten rides because the electronic transfer system usually doesn't work, which means one ride usually turns into two. Please update to a more modern system as soon as you possibly can, because this one is bad. Maybe Presto?

it feels like with every update, you guys make this app more unsuable. with extremely long load times, and only being able to navigate to anything more than a dead home screen when i enter a chat with a representative, it makes me wonder if the purpose of the update was to make it impossible to navigate so no one can catch their bus on time? because if it is, you've blown it out of the park.
