App says "critical error" then restarted. But can not get past the error. Why even bother with "rewards" (is this like Neopetd or something?) and social features when the core functions are not working?

Love this app! Wonderful paperless way to follow comps. However, the app is a huge battery drain. Will give it a 5 star review when the developers figure that out.

The old app gave me everything I wanted. The new app is a disaster. I didn't want to create an account, but I did. Then the app didn't work & I had to reinstall it.

Hello Pamela. Sorry for your trouble updating to the new version. I will look into why it did go smoothly.
For information you do not have to create an account to use the new app and the features you had before such as heatlists and results. The account is needed to have interaction with the events and your fellow dancers and tally your rewards.
