PBZ mToken is a mobile application used for authentication and authorization when using the following online services:
• PBZCOM@NET – internet banking for business entities
• e-Salaries – a service for paying salaries and other income to employee accounts
• PBZ digital banking - internet banking for citizens
• 3D Secure – confirmation of payment when making an online purchase
• e-Citizens – access to the e-Citizens portal.
Safety in the first place
Using the PBZ mToken application is completely safe, which is confirmed by the ISO 27001:2005 security certificate. PBZ mToken is activated with a PIN that only the user knows, the PIN is not stored on the mobile phone, which guarantees the absolute secrecy of the PIN data. In case of mobile phone theft and attempts to access online services by entering incorrect data during registration, user authorization is blocked, which additionally prevents unwanted access.
Simple activation
After installation, the PBZ mToken application must be activated by entering activation codes. You can request activation codes at any PBZ branch. If you use PBZ mToken for business purposes, you can request new activation codes at the Sinergo Desk or contact your customer relations manager.
After entering the activation codes, define the PIN. When defining a PIN, a PIN association is created that consists of the name of the country and the representation of its flag. The purpose of the PIN association is to help when starting the PBZ mToken as a reminder of the PIN defined during application activation if the application is used without internet access.
