Ratings and reviews

This is the least user friendly bank app in the world. When you have to change some settings it never works, customer support is worse than that of an ice cream in Bosnia and whenever you need something, you search for it for so long, that you end up going to the bank in person. And the new upgrades are actually downgrades (ex: it used to show you your monthly income/outcome. Now it's gone). It's a good app for 2018.

Terrible app, not a intuitive at all, not to mention many useful buttons are missing. You cannot review what you've paid, you have to keep track yourself. There is no overview in how much you're spending for groceries, petrol, house, etc. Half of the time some functions aren't working properly. You are constantly just writing in your password. Needs better transparency, should have another button with info of the fees, potential deposits options, etc.

Buggy, littered with dumb functionality, like pasting the bank accout with spaces in it is not accepted, constantly throwing some errors even though it seems to work fine, to clear notifications you have to open every single one instead of just deleting them and many more. Flik is not working for some reason, would give zero stars if possible.
