Great banking app, not sure why it's so hated. But I gotta admit they still have to implement new design over leftovers of old UI of the old app. Also it's beyond me why you can't use the app to open an account and have to use the browser and why do I have to use the pin on to see card details or to confirm transactions if it already suports the finger print / face ID authentication. Also I wish they would come up with a better startup design logo for the app as it looks very old office suite.

You should take lessons from ING how a user friendly and reliable banking app should look and work. I found your app far away from good from UX perspective. Slow, confusing, outdated UI, hard to dig out any useful information....

The app wouldn't open. It is stuck on a screen that forever says "Please wait". I cannot check my details or do any transfers because I can't open the app.

We launched a new version of the application, with more modern and friendlier Send money and AliasPay menus, developed in line with the new CEC app design. Minor improvements.
