About this app

BY USING M-ZABA YOU CAN:

• check account balance and activities of transaction and time deposit accounts, and units in ZBI funds,
• get information on activities of transaction account,
• create payment orders in euros and foreign currency from the details of debit or credit activity,
• get statement of your transaction account and invoices for service fees,
• request and download a Company Solvency Report,
• activate business cards, get information on card transactions and get PIN,
• get information on daily limit amounts and information on contracted and available limit amounts,
• make payments in euros and foreign currency,
• make international payments,
• carry our currency exchange orders at regular exchange rate,
• pay bills by scanning barcode (m-photo pay),
• pay invoices by scanning the data from invoice (fast scan),
• prepare payment orders via e-zaba and execute them via m-zaba without amount limitation,
• payment orders can be signed and sent for execution as a group,
• review payment orders,
• sent confirmation on executed payment order to an e-mail address of your choice,
• check the balance and transactions on the loan, download maturity notice, interest calculation, execute orders for loan utilization,
• rates, and execute orders for loan use,
• receive a push notification every time your card is used at POS devices, ATMs or for online purchases,
• find Bank products and set-up a meeting with your banker,
• find the nearest ATM, Bank’s branch or Small Business Centre.

SECURITY

We pay particular attention to the security of operations of m-banking users.
The data related to accounts and PIN are not kept in the mobile device, and the PIN entry is protected with the shuffle keyboard, therefore in case of theft or loss of the mobile device, misuse is not possible.
Use „Logout“ option to log out after ending the use of m-zaba.

Ratings and reviews

A lot of the features sometimes just don't work. Unable to store a template. Unable to download proof of payment through the app, instead have to send it using email. And they even charge for that! Generally, their fees are much higher than other banks in Croatia, be it for receiving money, monthly costs, or just downloading transaction confirmations. Horrible.

The application is not secure, it is outdated, I am able to take screenshots inside of the application which is a security issue and also when I forgot my pin after 2 unsuccessful attempts I closed the app in the background and the application gave me another 3 attempts to enter my pin. Horrible, outdated app with obvious security issues. Considering people are trusting you with their money, this is just sad and should be illegal, if it already isn't.

The new updated app is a downgrade. Everything requires a thousand clicks to get somewhere, you can't download groups of documents - instead you have to do it one by one ... it's 2024 and yet this app feels like early 2000's.
