Erste Card Club razvio je mobilnu aplikaciju koja korisnicima omogućuje siguran pristup informacijama o korištenju njihove Erste Card Club kartice (Diners Club, Mastercard i Visa).

PRIJAVA U APLIKACIJU

Neovisno o tome koriste li već ECC online uslugu na webu ili ne, za pristup ECC mobile aplikaciji, Erste Card Club korisnici trebaju aktivirati mToken. Nakon aktivacije mTokena, za prijavu u mobilnu aplikaciju koriste mPIN. Ukoliko korisnik zaboravi svoj mPIN, na početnom ekranu može odabrati opciju za ponovnom registracijom, čime će se postojeći mPIN obrisati i za prijavu će koristiti onaj koji ponovno postavi.

FUNKCIONALNOSTI

Korištenjem ECC Mobile aplikacije krajnji korisnici mogu koristiti sljedeće funkcije:

Pregled kartica i njenih detalja
Pregled troškova
Provjeru raspoloživog iznosa za potrošnju
Provjeru kupnje (za kartice s nekomuniciranim limitom)
Upravljanje obročnom kupnjom (preskok jedne mjesečne rate ili otplata svih preostalih rata)
Pregled i plaćanje računa
Prikaz nagradnih programa i popusta
Upravljanje profilom
Upravljanje karticama
Kupnja GSM bonova

SIGURNOST

Mobilna aplikacija sigurna je i jednostavna za korištenje. Aplikaciju je potrebno preuzeti putem Play Store-a, a za korištenje na mobilnom uređaju nužno je imati pristup internetu. Pristup aplikaciji nije moguć bez mPIN-a koji je poznat samo korisniku, stoga u slučaju krađe ili gubitka mobitela ne može doći do zloupotrebe. Podaci o mPIN-u ne pohranjuju se u mobitel. U slučaju višestrukog uzastopnog unosa netočnog mPIN-a (maksimalno četiri puta), aplikacija automatski briše mToken, a za ponovni pristup aplikaciji, potrebno je ponoviti registracijski postupak. Nakon 15 minuta nekorištenja, aplikacija će automatski odjaviti korisnika.

The application fails to connect with the online shop for which confirmation is required. Nothing appears in the app for confirmation. Very frustrating, since the old system via sms worked very well. Now, you cannot even choose that option anymore. Information on how to use the app is spread over 7 movies on 3 pages, in which more effort is put in making them look flashy than bringing information accross. No FAQ, no troubleshoot. Poor communication altogether.

We apologise for the difficulties you experienced. Some web shops introduced new system with push notifications and some still use SMS for confirmation. Worst UX user can imagine! I couldnt manage to do an basic selfie in this app for that blasted 3DS authorization they added. I tried 3 times for 15minutes to find perfect lighting, perfect position, perfect everything just to realize that app is to blame! Im returning my visa debit after this fail.

Was unable to authorize on-line payment. Without any explanation that may help. Received some notifications that are only partially visible. It seems that now my diners card is completly useless for any on-line payment. :-(

Nova verzija aplikacije sadrži promjene vezane za prikaz novčanih iznosa:
- godišnji iznosi naknada za usluge ASIST+ i cijene GSM bonova prikazani su u dvije valute (HRK i EUR)
- klikom na ikonu EUR u gornjem desnom uglu ekrana, omogućen je prikaz novčanih iznosa u eurima, a isti je jednostavno vratiti na prikaz u kunama klikom na ikonu HRK
