Ratings and reviews

I want to use google pay to pay my monthly bill, but when I choose it I get a popup with the message "Unexpected error has ocurred. Please try again later. [OR_BIBED_07]". I can endure the app being slow, but this is something that needs to work. Please fix it.

Probably the worst app from all mobile services providers. Push notifications are not existent, they use SMS. Google Pay not implemented properly. Multiple typos. Payment often fails. Loading takes forever. Honestly, embarrassing for a big company. If needed, please contact me, I'll improve it.

Well looks OK but it is unbelieveable that the app is not available in English/German/French
