My E.ON is a free mobile application intended for all private E.ON customers of electricity and natural gas in the Republic of Croatia. By downloading the application and creating their own user account, customers can enjoy a number of benefits, such as:
• Monitoring the consumption of electricity and natural gas in their household
• Viewing bills as well as payment and debt status
• Submitting meter/gas meter readings
• Creating a barcode for online bill payment
• Choosing the option of receiving bills by mail or e-mail (eInvoice)
• The possibility of entering as many meters/gas meters as the customer owns and monitoring the consumption and bills of all meters/gas meters in one place
• Change of residential address with an attached copy of ID card
• Notification of receipt of invoice after creation
• Reminder for overdue and unpaid invoices
• Daily reminders from 5 days before due date until paid
