It's a really great app, better than competition in my opinion. The only reason why 4/5 is because it doesn't have face unlock on Android (pixel phones). Their competition does. Once again, great app! Will update if it gets face unlock.

Every other bank has a normal name for a mobile banking platform, we had too. But not anymore, now you have to send a transaction notification to a business partner with this silly George name on it. The app is not very intuitive, unlike the old one, and some steps are redundant, making it a more time consuming experience. Would not use it if I was not forced to.

I always wanted a banking app that distracts me with ads while I'm trying to figure out my finances 😍. Also one that is slow to respond, change screens AND ask me to review it before actually sending my money where I intend it to. And then placing an ad. Also, I adore how it lists account name by first letter, instead of ordering people's names by last name. I always wanted to do my digital banking slowly, annoyingly and with distractions - great work, people!
