Flatie is an application for managing a residential building — everything that co-owners, representatives and managers need in one place, in
the Croatian language, in compliance with the Building Management and Maintenance Act (NN 152/2024).

WHAT FLATIE ENABLES

Notifications — publish important information for all building tenants and receive it as push notifications.

Polls and voting — launch votes with weighting factors according to ownership shares, with automatic majority calculation.

Faults — report faults and track their resolution, add photos.

Events — plan co-owner meetings and other building events.

Documents — store contracts, minutes and financial reports in one secure place.

AI assistant — ask questions about your building and management, get answers in context.

Reserves and expenses — transparently monitor building finances.
