About this app

HAC ENC is an app which enables all the users of Croatian motorways to check toll price or traffic conditions. Plus, this app enables all ETC (electronic toll collection) users to add funds to their account and track their transactions. Electronic toll collection is a contactless toll collection method used on all Croatian motorways. Use this app to find the closest HAC retail place where you can buy your ETC device and save money while using Croatian motorways.


Use this app to:
• Add funds to your ETC account by credit card, vaucher, net banking or ENC SMS system
• Connect more of your ETC device(s) and track your expenses in one place
• Check toll price for your next journey
• Find the closest rest area or gas station on Croatian motorways
• Find the closest retail place to buy ETC device or voucher


Login using credentials you get with your ETC device or check traffic conditions and tool price as a guest.

Ratings and reviews

It just does not work as expected. It randomly logs you out every other week. Only 2 out of 5 payments are successful, you are stuck either after verifying payment in your mobile banking app or after everything is paid you end up on a blank white screen. The payment process should be flawless, people usually do this before the trip, in a hurry and you just can't rely on this app. You also cant save the card, so enter all the info every time.

Everything was fine before the new currency. Now I can't add less than 20euro becuase a window pops up saying I can't deposit less than 20 KUNAS. People, this is not nearly the same value for it to be so easily overlooked. You write "euro" next to the amount, but count it as "kuna". You need to change the value of the currency in your code, not just lazily changing the label next to it.

This is the worst app we have used recently... It does not give you exact locations, you basically miss all places where you could buy the ENC machine... So because of this you just need to buy the normal ticket... Horrible service, especially in the 21st century.
