See a pothole, broken lighting or litter? Report a problem in seconds — completely anonymously and without registration.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Take a photo of the problem
2. Add a short description
3. Mark the location manually or automatically via GPS

Your report is sent directly to the relevant city department. You will receive push notifications when the status of the report changes or when the department responds. After the intervention, you can also view a photo gallery showing how the problem was resolved.

WHAT ELSE THE APP OFFERS
• Search for all public reports — see what others have reported in your neighborhood
• Statistics by department: number of reports, number of resolved cases and average resolution time
• Filters for viewing reports: All / My / Open / Popular / Resolved

All reports are transparently available via the website — Smart Pula
— so that citizens and city institutions can monitor the progress of resolving the problem.

PRIVACY
We do not ask for your email address, phone number or other personal information. Each device is assigned an anonymous identifier.

An internet connection is required to submit an application.

What’s new

Nova mogućnost potvrde rješenja:
• Kada služba označi vašu prijavu kao "Riješeno", aplikacija vas pita je li problem stvarno riješen.
• DA — potvrđuje rješenje s oznakom uz status.
• NE — uz kratak komentar vraća prijavu službi na obradu.
• Cijeli tijek (komentar, povratak, potvrda) vidljiv je u kartici "Komentari i tijek".
