The application enables the citizens of the city of Pula to ANONYMOUSLY signal certain problems or suggestions to the city institutions.
The application / proposal is attached to:
1) image from the camera or memory of a mobile device.
2) a more detailed description of the application / proposal
3) location marker which is marked manually or automatically when GPS is on.
Sent applications are sent to the server center, which is transparently accessible to city institutions and all citizens via the website www.smartpula.eu
Through the application, it is possible to monitor the status of your own applications.
Internet access is required to submit an application.

The system enables the demolition of 'walls' of communication between citizens and various responsible institutions of the city.
The system displays all reports and statistics and the course of solving each individual problem of citizens.
