DMS is a modern and comprehensive document management platform, designed for medium and small companies that want to improve their business processes and increase efficiency. This web application allows for simple, secure and organized storage, recording and viewing of all important documents within your company, including offers, invoices, contracts, expenses, decisions, delivery notes, executions and similar business documents.
DMS is designed with a focus on functionality, security and ease of use. Users can digitally sign invoices and other documents in accordance with the current Accounting Act, which additionally ensures legal validity and transparency of business. All recorded invoices can be immediately linked to a payment order, which is automatically generated and imported into the Internet banking systems of all banks in Croatia, thus facilitating the process of payment and closing financial obligations. Once a document is entered into the DMS system, it no longer moves within the company in paper or any other form, but exclusively digitally through this system.
The application allows for the recording and control of payment and non-payment documents, providing complete insight into financial and business transactions. Account closing, approvals, offsets and other financial operations are available directly through the system, eliminating the need for multiple work environments and reducing the possibility of errors.
The system is designed with advanced access rights for each user, ensuring that each employee or partner has the appropriate level of authority – from entering and signing documents to just viewing them. Such control allows for better data security, while ensuring simple and efficient collaboration within your organization.
