mCitizens – Digital access to public services of the Republic of Croatia

With the mGrađani application, you can easily and securely access the digital public services of the Republic of Croatia via your smartphone. View data from official registers, submit requests, download certificates and communicate with the public administration - all in one place, without the need to physically go to the institutions.

Functionalities:
- Access to digital public services through the e-Citizens system
- Download receipts in PDF format with QR code
- Receiving personalized notifications and messages through the user mailbox
- Secure login via high security credentials

How it works:
1. Download the mCitizens application for free.
2. Apply through the NIAS system (eg mToken, eOI, ePass).
3. Access available services and notifications.
4. Receive messages and documents from the public administration in your inbox.

What you need:
- Active credentials for accessing the e-Citizens system
- Mobile device with biometric authentication or password
- Internet connection

The application is continuously upgraded with new functionalities and services.
