About this app

eInstruktor is an application for driving instructors. You can keep a schedule, a list of candidates and a record of hours worked in one place, without a notebook, tables or searching through messages.

The daily view shows rides by hour, from morning to evening, with the candidate's name and meeting place. The weekly view gives an overview of the entire week at once, so you can immediately see where there is space and where it is crowded.

The labels under the date show how many rides there are on each day, so you don't have to open each day to know how many are waiting for you.

Candidates and their progress:
The list of candidates shows separately those with scheduled rides and those without, so you know who to call immediately. Next to each name is the progress in hours (for example, 12h out of 35h) and the category they are taking.

The candidate's details include contact information, date of birth and OIB, and everything is separated into tabs: ride, driving range, exam, hours and notes. You can call the candidate directly from the application, with one touch.

Hours that add up on their own:
Every completed drive is entered into the hours record. You can see your progress towards the prescribed amount all the time, without having to add it up manually and without fear that something will be missed before the exam.

Exam preparation:
Exams are conducted separately from regular drives and are visible in the schedule, so you know which candidate is taking them when and how they did.

Templates and archive:
Templates speed up the entry of what is repeated. The archive stores candidates who have completed them, so that the active list is tidy and the history is still available.

Works on phone and tablet:
The same application, adapted to the screen size. The data is synchronized, so the schedule you create on the tablet can also be seen on the phone.
