About this app

E-kindergarten is an application developed in order to improve the quality of work of kindergarten institutions. The created IT system and application enables parents whose children attend a particular institution to communicate easily and directly with the Kindergarten Administration. Through notifications, parents receive information about various activities that are carried out in a particular institution or kindergarten group. The application allows parents to be informed about all segments of the work of the kindergarten, access to the daily/monthly menu, access to various official documents. Using this application, parents can directly call those responsible in the kindergarten and send messages about their child's condition. They can send documents such as certificates about the child's health status, various needs, surveys or inform the Kindergarten Management about a possible extraordinary situation.
The application and IT system is adapted to the work of all kindergartens, regardless of the ownership and size of the institution itself. The system enables easy inclusion of new kindergartens throughout the Republic of Croatia, regardless of organizational structure.
The application, in addition to parents, can also be used by employees of the Kindergarten Administration and through their mobile devices they can have an overview of the questions and messages of the parents of their institution, and respond to them through their mobile devices.
The application enables the following:
1. Sending and receiving questions and complaints from parents
2. Sending urgent messages or phone calls to the Kindergarten Management by parents
3. Informing parents about various activities that take place in kindergartens. Presentation of current news with associated documents.
4. Display of daily/monthly menus published by the Kindergarten Management
5. Direct access to various public documents published by the Kindergarten Administration
6. Information about the structure of the institution, direct contact with kindergarten employees responsible for a certain category of activities within the kindergarten
7. Access to the web content and official website of the institution in order to obtain additional information about the work of the kindergarten and its institutions
8. Photo gallery for displaying photos and video content
9. Viber groups for communication between parents and educators of individual groups
10. E-mail, a mailbox where the administration can deliver various documents, payment slips, etc.
