About this app

The Telemach application allows you to quickly and easily:
- management of all numbers in one place
- consumption monitoring
- checking the remaining minutes, messages or data traffic in the package or additional option
- paying bills and downloading bills in pdf format
- change of package and activation of additional options
- checking the bonus euro balance
- buying vouchers for yourself or someone else.

Notes:

- The application can be used by all Telemach private and business users, as well as voucher users.
- When downloading the application from the Google Play store, data transfer is charged according to the data transfer prices of your package, if you are connected to the Telemach network.
- When using the application, data transfer is not charged, if you are connected to the Telemach network.
- If you use the application abroad (roaming), data transfer is charged according to the prices valid for your package

Ratings and reviews

Please do not use this app or operator as its likely a scam. The online payment system does not register funds going through so can end up with no credit on your account without any receipts or ways to view where your money went. Just not worth it.

After performing a million steps to try to put money into my account, I get a "something went wrong" message right before the last steps. Frustratingly, you can still go ahead with the payment after closing this message, but then after you finish the last few steps it just starts loading forever. Other than that I've had a ton of other problems with this app.

App crashes every time I even think about touching the back button, can't change my subscription plan (keep getting a message that the request wasn't sent successfully), I sent a message to customer services and never got any response other than an automated message that they received my message. All that makes the app completely unusable. I've been using the Tele2 app for a good couple of years with no issues, so I'm extra disappointed 😞
