- The application can be used by all Telemach private and business users, as well as voucher users.
- When downloading the application from the Google Play store, data transfer is charged according to the data transfer rates of your package, if you are connected to the Telemach network.
- When using the application, data transfer is not charged, if you are connected to the Telemach network.
- If you use the application abroad (roaming), data transfer is charged according to the prices valid for your package

Nothing works then when you reach for support they start chatting and in the middle of conversation they don't answer for 30 minutes and when they do ofc I'm not here so they close chat after 2 minutes and ask to start all over again and spend time again on explaining

Nothing works as expected, until a few weeks ago the app didn't send payment confirmation for direct card purchases; newly purchased prepaid money (direct via card) does not show in the app - only after the long chat with Telemach agents; agents are busy and not answering for 10 minutes; few times on screen sleep or app exit I've lost chat with the agent and have been returned to chatbot; the app does not send conversation transcript after chat is done; app is not checking if number is active...

After performing a million steps to try to put money into my account, I get a "something went wrong" message right before the last steps. Frustratingly, you can still go ahead with the payment after closing this message, but then after you finish the last few steps it just starts loading forever. Other than that I've had a ton of other problems with this app.
