Very disappointing app, like it's from previous century. I add money, you take it from my bank account and 10 minutes later it's still not on my telemach account. This should be done within seconds in 2023! Wake up Telemach and embrace the future or at least the present. Otherwise, the app is usable at very basic functions it has, but every thing you want to do just takes too much hassle.

App crashes every time I even think about touching the back button, can't change my subscription plan (keep getting a message that the request wasn't sent successfully), I sent a message to customer services and never got any response other than an automated message that they received my message. All that makes the app completely unusable. I've been using the Tele2 app for a good couple of years with no issues, so I'm extra disappointed 😞

After performing a million steps to try to put money into my account, I get a "something went wrong" message right before the last steps. Frustratingly, you can still go ahead with the payment after closing this message, but then after you finish the last few steps it just starts loading forever. Other than that I've had a ton of other problems with this app.
