Computer systems are meant to make our life easier. This app apparently makes life harder. OTP error is one sample to mark this app as inefficient. It has not been solved till now. If we try logging in when the internet connection is turned off, It will require us to enter user name n password which most people don't remember and eventually lead us to resetting the password n then the annoying msg " you have reached your maximum OTP" ...

This app just doesn't open. All I see is you're in low internet bandwidth or some other error while all other apps in my phone work amazingly smooth. It has been a pathetic experience for a while now. Requesting HROne team to resolve such issues.

Not working properly. Mark the attendence and next day it is marked as absent. Worst app. Only using it just because company have made it mandatory to mark attendence through app. It will say you are on low bandwidth connection even if the speed is 70Mbps. Really pathetic
