AI Booking Partner is the mobile app for AI Booking’s service provider system. Track your workday, manage your bookings and clients, and view business data related to your services.

BOOKINGS & CALENDAR
Review upcoming appointments, open booking details, and manage appointments according to your permissions. You can find canceled, cancelled, and rejected reservations with a separate filter.

CLIENTS & SERVICES
Find your clients and their past reservations. Manage service descriptions, durations, and prices, as well as related images and settings.

PAYMENT STATUS & BILLING
Check the total amount and payment status of your reservation. With the appropriate permissions, you can record the received payment and manage billing through the configured billing integration. Payment and billing options depend on provider settings.

EMPLOYEES & STATISTICS
According to your employee privileges, you can access positions, services, commissions, and business statistics.

AI ASSISTANT
The built-in AI assistant helps you with provider tasks. Please review AI suggestions before using; available features are determined by your system settings and privileges.

The app is designed for existing AI Booking provider and employee accounts. Feature availability depends on the active provider plan and user privileges. There are no subscription purchases or plan changes in the app.

For healthcare providers, the app provides administration and appointment management; it does not diagnose or replace medical advice.
