I've been using Tesco for over a decade but they cannot provide a simple individual invoice. You can't use clubcard with invoicing but even after switching emails they still are unable to issue an invoice, you have to go to the store to set it up which I wasn't told on the initial phone call. They also linked my clubcard to the new email which is a breach of privacy. Switching to other delivery service rather than staying with a brand for loyalty no matter how much I like them.

The service is superb. But the app is a ... is not. Search is almost useless: only exact matches, no synonyms or suffix support, if you don't know the actual product name, you have little chance to find it. But the worst are the marketing push notifications without an option to turn them off (you can opt out of email/sms, but these are still coming. Very annoying...).
