In order to protect personal data and data related to financial transactions, it is necessary to download and register the mobile application to access the Cofidis Customer Portal.

With the help of the Cofidis Customer Portal, you can easily review your existing contracts, and in the case of a Revolving Credit, you can start refinancing at any time or initiate the expansion of your credit limit. You can also apply for credit protection insurance. You can review your personal data and initiate their modification. You can also send a message to our customer service.

By logging in, you acknowledge the data management related to the use of the Cofidis Customer Gateway and the contents of the Cofidis Customer Gateway User Manual.

For the time being, the Cofidis Customer Gateway can be used by our private customers with a Hungarian mobile phone number, but not by our sole proprietors or legal entities.

Technical conditions:

Mobile phone with Android 11.0 or newer operating system.
Active internet connection to install and use the app.

Registration steps:

- Download or update the previously downloaded Cofidis Customer Gateway mobile application and log in!
- You will need your login ID and password to register. You can send the IDs to yourself by clicking on the failed login/new password option.
- Follow the steps in the mobile application to complete the registration!
- After successful registration, you can log in to the Customer Portal using the login ID and password or biometric identification.
- It is possible to change the settings or cancel the registration on the Cofidis Customer Portal interface and in the mobile application, as well as with the Cofidis telephone customer service staff.
