About this app

ERP Digital is a modular business platform for Hungarian small and medium-sized businesses. With the mobile application, your company records are with you even when you are not at your desk: at a client, on the road or at the site.

WHAT CAN YOU DO FROM YOUR PHONE?

• CRM — partners, contacts and ongoing deals in one place
• Projects — tasks, deadlines and the current status of the project
• Working hours — record the hours worked when and where you have completed the work
• Leave — submit leave requests and review team absences
• Invoices — take photos of receipts and upload them immediately, without moving papers
• Vehicles and equipment — register the company fleet and equipment park with service data
• Route planning — sort daily visits based on the addresses of partners

WHY IT'S WORTH IT

A single system. The modules work on the same database, so there is no duplicate recording and no manual transfer from one program to another.

Modular structure. Each company uses exactly what it needs — the other modules are simply disabled.

It grows with you. If the team expands or a new area emerges, just enable the corresponding module.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

To use the application, an ERP Digital subscription and user account are required. Registration can be started at https://digitalcrm.hu.

The application uses location determination exclusively for automatic completion of address fields and route planning, always at your initiative; it does not track your location in the background. It only accesses the camera and photo library when uploading receipts. The application does not contain ads and does not collect data for advertising purposes.

What’s new

Pénzügyi áttekintés cégadminoknak: havi elszámolás, kintlévőség és a még nem számlázott munka, projektenkénti bontással.

Projektek teljes kezelése mobilról: létrehozás, szerkesztés, feladatlista, elszámolás számlázva/kifizetve állapotra.

A partner adatlapján megjelennek a projektjei, és onnan új projektet is indíthatsz.

Partnerek külön fülön, átláthatóbb listák, a CRM pedig az összes kontakttal nyílik.
