U can pay with the TurboPayment option effortlessly, but anytime u try to open the app it doesn't offer biometric authentication. I enabled it many times over the last 2 days and it seems the app always forgets it. I go to settings, check biometrics option and it shows it's disabled.. What's the point of settings if they're not saved in the phone's memory?!? U can only open it with the mPin password. It's kinda annoying bug also applicable for the Mobilbank app of yours. Other than that it's ok

Dear Client,
Please try the following: delete this biometric from your phone, register again and then try again to set it up in MobilePay. It's just an idea, because on our S10 it's working fine. If you are still facing this issue, please write us to apps@erstebank.hu.

Unfortunately for some time i cannot pay with a simple phone unlock, i have to open the app every-damn-single time.. Thats 2 tap & several seconds more than acceptable! Could you please explain this behaviour if everything is set (default payment app, digitized card, turbo payment) ?! VERY frustrating

Constantly throws network error. Not my side, restarted phone, reinstalled app. Just because it is solved now and it was a temporary outage maybe you should say something more meaningful than "Network error" in this case. I literally reinstalled the app, thinking it was my fault. Now i have to wait another day to register my card again, because I don't have Kartyaor. You should really think about the damage an incomplete error message does and how users might React to it, causing more annoyance
