About this app
The DÁP mobile application is the key to the Digital Citizenship Program. With the application, you can use more and more services and handle more and more official matters simply, quickly and comfortably from your phone. Our goal is to make citizens' lives easier so that by 2026 they can manage almost all of their most important matters involving public administration online, even with their mobile phones. The application contains several components that enable quick and easy identification, data storage and sharing, as well as various useful functions.
In the first version of the application, the registration required for the program can be done for people over 14 years of age with a personal identification document.

Stuck on allow camera page for taking photo screen (online registration)....even after allowing, restarting, reinstalling etc. FYI: switching to mobile internet from wifi somehow helped. After half day waiting -> unsucessful selfie validation...waste of time. Unfortunately I don't have e-személyi to make the process easier.

We apologize for the issue! If you have a Hungarian electronic ID card (eSzemélyi issued after June 23, 2021), we highly recommend using it. It skips the selfie camera check completely, making registration instant.
If you still face issues, please report them to 1818@1818.hu with your phone model so we can look into it!

No English and not able to register. trying with residence permit it gets rejected immediately on the backside photo, never passed even after 100 tries also tried with passport, i reach the NFC scan, it scans successfully, but the app gets stuck on that screen and never moves to the next step. please keep all ugfelkapu features before enforcing an app that doesn't work.

Currently, registration via Residence Permit is not supported by the app. Passport registration is available for Hungarian identity documents.
Please visit a Government Customer Aid Center (Kormányablak) with your passport and phone for in-person registration.

This game sux.Character generation is a given,you have to scan yourself, so not too much creative thought went into that.The first couple of levels are alright.Interesting although outdated augmented reality play with holograms and physical identification objects. But the boss fight with the face recognition is the most frustrating.You really have be patient to beat the system(I finished it in 1 hours for the 12. try)I'd recommend it only when you like to be punished.*edit* great support though

We are sorry that the 'boss fight' turned out to be so difficult! The selfie verification can indeed require a lot of patience, but the developers are constantly working on fine-tuning the system to make it less 'punishing'.
