About this app

The DÁP mobile application is the key to the Digital Citizenship Program. With the application, you can use more and more services and handle more and more official matters simply, quickly and comfortably from your phone. Our goal is to make citizens' lives easier so that by 2026 they can manage almost all of their most important matters involving public administration online, even with their mobile phones. The application contains several components that enable quick and easy identification, data storage and sharing, as well as various useful functions.
In the first version of the application, the registration required for the program can be done for people over 14 years of age with a personal identification document.

Ratings and reviews

It's impossible to identify yourself within the application. There are many unexpected errors that occur without any valid messages. Sometimes the app cannot start at all. Once you register yourself in one of the government offices, it will be much better. The start issues still remain sometimes, but the eSign function works well.

EN: identification with a selfie doesn't work at all, tried it 15 times with different lighting an settings even when it seems that it's progressibg it will time out. Every time you will have to restart the whole process from the beginning.

it's terrible, you can't pass the identification, like literally. I tried once the video call and in the middle of the call the whole app just crashed. Just go in person the office, the app is useless sadly.
