Tried to register at least 20-30 times!!!! It gets blocked at various steps, managed to complete the process about 2 times, only to have it declined the next day. Once I got in touch with a real person, did the identification process via videochat, nevertheless it didn't get approved even after 3 weeks, it remained in a pending state.

Useless app! The scanning doesn't work, the instructions for the selfie identification are on the screen, while it asks you to turn your head you should somehow also be able to read the screen while not looking at it to know the next instruction already, not sure how. I tried the video identification whith a rude women who said the identification will fail, because I looked to the side while I closed the door. She made me carry on though, just to waste my time. I wish I could give 0 stars!

There is no English language support. But the worst part is not that at all. You can't even sign in even if you try 50 times, nfc reader or document reader, none of them works properly. I wonder who is the app technician behind this terrible app.
