About this app
The purpose of the mobile application is to ensure that problems, comments, complaints, and reports arising in the area of Szeged are sent as quickly as possible to the institution or city company to which they belong, and all of this in a single application using one application.
The application forwards the report to the relevant institution or company based on the category specified for the problem. If the wrong category is selected, the institutions forward the notification to the appropriate place among themselves. If the user provides an e-mail address together with the notification, the given institution will reply to the given e-mail address. In addition to the description of the problem, the user can enter the location (with GPS coordinates), which defaults to the location where he is currently standing with the mobile device in hand. In order to supplement the description and the exact location, we can also take a maximum of 3 photos for a better understanding of the announcement.

The application was developed under the leadership of the Szeged County Municipality, with the support of a tender entitled "Smart Alliance for Sustainable Mobility" within the framework of the URBAN Innovative Actions (UIA) European Union program.
