The Libra5s TELMA – Fixed Asset Inventory mobile app is an Android-based application that, when connected to the Libra5s system, enables efficient, on-site inventory of fixed assets.

After synchronization with the Libra5s database, the application displays the inventory packages that have been started but not yet finalized and are authorized for the user. Multiple inventory takers can work in parallel within an inventory package, each from their own mobile device.

The inventory process is simple and fast:

- selection of storage location.

- scanning of the asset barcode.

- optionally recording notes and photos.

The recorded data – including photos and notes – are directly uploaded to the Libra5s database.

After the inventory is closed, the data can be further processed in the Libra5s system: evaluation, disposal, and moving of assets between storage locations can take place.
