horrible experience, especially payment with cib. the payment page is obscured with keyboard on phone, constantly crashes after approving payment. and you can make only one transaction during like an hour, so if your payment failed you are done for

It crashes a lot. I tried to add a new bank card, the process crashed without success and the app is showing now that my payment is in progress (I did not even add the card) so I am unable to start it again and pay my bill. On the positive side it is great that I can see my electricity and gas bills and meter readings at one place.

The app itself is not that bad but the way MVM handles invoices is ridiculous. If you have an unpaid invoice, its amount is added to the total amount of the next invoice. At this point, there's no way to change the amount to pay or mark the invoice as paid and pay the correct amount otherwise. There's no option to messsage or call the customer service directly from the app. So what? Let's pay some invoices twice and hope that it will be realized someday, somehow by somebody... 😥
