MVM Next app: electricity and natural gas administration (MVM Next Energiakereskedelmi Zrt.)

Here you can manage your natural gas matters, resp. electricity matters, if MVM Next has been providing electricity for some time on 31 August 2021, ie the first page of your electricity bill has a user ID starting with 1.
If the electricity was supplied by ELMŰ-ÉMÁSZ until 31 August 2021, ie the user ID starting with 2 is on the first page of your electricity bill, MVM can use Next EnergiApp (former ELMŰ).

You can use the MVM Next app to handle the following electricity and natural gas issues:
- You can dictate a meter position and query your previous meter position data.
- You can pay your bills immediately, by credit card.
- View and download invoices for multiple uses.
- You can save your credit card with one click the next time you pay
you can use. (Credit card information is provided exclusively by our bank partner responsible for payment, the
CIB Bank stores).
- You can add an authorized payer to your place of use so that they can pay your bills, of which you will be notified.
- You can apply for an eco-friendly e-invoice.
- You can receive notifications about the arrival of the bill to be paid and the dictation period.

You can access the application with your MVM account. If you do not already have an MVM account, please register in the app or online customer service.

- By downloading the mobile application, you consent to MVM Next Energiakereskedelmi Zrt. Sending notifications regarding the services used (for example: dictation notification, bill payment notification) and informing about the new possibilities related to them,
about sweepstakes.
- Taking into account customer feedback, we are constantly improving the
application and add new features.
- In order to protect the data of our customers, the mobile application service is not provided
access on some extended (rooted) devices.

Useless app. I managed to open an account as well as add my address, then when I want to perform some actions by clicking on further options (three dots on the bottom right hand corner) , the page appears for 2 seconds and then the app jumps back to the home page automatically. Closing and opening app didn't help, nor restarting my phone. I even tried to use the online version of MVM Next both with Chrome and Edge, there I am not even able to add my address as a failure message appears.

The app itself is not that bad but the way MVM handles invoices is ridiculous. If you have an unpaid invoice, its amount is added to the total amount of the next invoice. At this point, there's no way to change the amount to pay or mark the invoice as paid and pay the correct amount otherwise. There's no option to messsage or call the customer service directly from the app. So what? Let's pay some invoices twice and hope that it will be realized someday, somehow by somebody... 😥

Kedves Zsuzsanna! Mind az appban, mind az online felületen lehetőség van a "tovább a befizetéshez" gomb lenyomását követően kiválasztani mely számlákat szeretnéd kifizetni. Üdvözlettel: MVM Next app csapata

Paying your bill through this app is literally impossible, always sends back error messages. I had trouble logging in, it freezed, I had to delete and re-download it. Other than checking the bill's number, it's not useful for me. Please correct the issues with paying!!
