We are constantly developing and expanding the application, taking into account customer feedback. In order to protect the data of our customers, the mobile application cannot be used on some devices with extended rights (rooted).

Ratings and reviews

The app doesn’t offer much value for me personally, mainly because there’s no option to change the language. Adding at least English support would make it more accessible and useful to a wider audience.

The app freezes with every task change and gets stuck on the spinner.. Don't change to another app or you have to restart it. This isn't fixed since years... very annoying.

Since the app keeps begging for a review, here it is. It's an application to look at your energy bill, submit readings and to pay it. The payment function regularly stops working for days. I couldn't submit a reading for around a year now, the feature is completely broken. Still more convenient than paying with a physical check.
