Ratings and reviews

Since the last update it keeps on crashing when I try to authorize an online payment through the push notification. I reported the problem to Customer Service on phone. Their response, switch to SMS (which costs money BTW) and that I should write an email with screenshots I should take. More of my time spent on fixing a problem I did not cause! I am unable to use my MagNet card for online purchase still. Fix the issue!

No detail on the app you can't see all transactions and actual balance.

MagNet's app is beyond brilliant - you can easily transfer funds, pay bills where full payee details are stored in addition to the amount last transferred for recurring payments, set up a savings plan, access full information about the community based projects you can support. The layout is great very easy to navigate and you have your own secure email area where you can easily contact customer service if you need to. It's all very streamlined and easy to use. All-in-all I'm very impressed.
