About this app

The program was designed to meet the needs of companies operating distribution channels (e.g. meat wholesalers, dairies, bakeries), but of course it can also be used in other areas.

Using it, the salesperson can take orders at the customer's premises and forward them to the central system. This saves time, the orders taken are more accurate, the delivery can be organized faster, and the inventory can be optimized.

While taking the order, the salesperson can see on-site, minute by minute, the following:
- the customer's overdue unpaid invoices
- the customer's orders by product
- the current inventory. (current, reserved, expected upon fulfillment)
- list prices, individual prices, discounts, promotions of the products, and depending on the authorization, the contractual and actual purchase prices

The order can be specified for both the primary (pcs/kg/etc.) and secondary (carton/box/pallet/etc.) quantity units, and the divisibility of the product is also checked. Products to be sold with priority and frequently ordered by the customer are displayed prominently when the order is placed. A time window can be set when the order can still be placed for the given product. This can avoid late orders. You can also disable sales below the minimum selling price.

The salesperson has the option - if authorized - to enter an individual price for the customer and send it to the center.
After the order is recorded, the order is entered into the central system with a single click. This means that the ordered products are immediately placed in reserved stock, preparation for fulfillment can be started faster, and the necessary procurement can be better planned. Instead of paper-based feedback, you can send an email to your partner about the order.
The salesperson can later query the status and fulfillment of the assigned orders from the central system.
If enabled, the GPS coordinates of the order pickup location will be recorded and stored. Internet access is required when recording and submitting the order to use the program.

The application is not functional on its own, it requires PmCode NextStep version 1.21.10 (or higher) to use it.
