Ratings and reviews

The app no longer works. Hangs up on login. Deleting and re-downloading the app does not fix the issue. Tried on multiple devices (Android, iPhone). Used to work seamlessly for years. There is no way to manage certain account features on the Telekom website, so the app is critical. Please fix ASAP.

Still miserable after 10 yrs. I have been using Telekom since I moved to Hungary almost a decade ago & this app is as terrible as it was back then. went from overly complicated login, to Telekom spamming me with texts while overseas and trying to bill me thousands of dollars, could not login for almost a year and now I am unable to pay despite have many valid methods of payment, with balances and open credit lines. edit: your response is irrelevant. fix your broken payment processing!!!

almost a spy application. they coerse you to install it because their web interface via PC is not properly working for private browsers as they like to steal your PC footprint
