About this app

The VI-Share mobile application provides a simple and secure solution for uploading, digitizing and transmitting business documents.

With the application, paper-based documents can be scanned and uploaded directly from the phone to the VI-Share system, eliminating the need for a separate scanner, email transmission or subsequent copying. Documents can be recorded where they are created: in the office, at a client meeting, in the field or when receiving documents.

During the upload, files can be assigned to a document category, so that documents are not mixed up and can be easily retrieved later. The mobile application is particularly useful for accounting firms, law firms, engineering and design firms, and businesses that regularly handle confidential or important client materials.

VI-Share is not a general file sharer, but a customer portal specifically designed for corporate document exchange. Access can be controlled based on authorization, documents can be managed in separate storage spaces, and important operations can be tracked.
