About this app

AIMS - AI Monitoring System is the employee app for organizations that track their AI tool use under the EU AI Act.

Your workplace gives you an enrollment code. You enter it once, and this phone joins your organization as one of your own devices. There is no account to create and nothing to buy in this app.

WHAT YOU CAN SEE AND DO
- Your own devices in one list: the computers assigned to you and this phone, with the AI tools currently active on each, grouped by EU AI Act risk level.
- This phone included in the picture, so your AI use is measured on mobile the same way it is on a computer.
- Your compliance tasks, such as signing your organization's AI-use declaration.
- Your language and appearance settings.

YOU STAY IN CONTROL
The app lists the AI applications installed on this device without any special permission. Live detection of the AI app in the foreground only starts if you grant usage access yourself, and you can withdraw it at any time in your phone's settings.

You only ever see your own devices and your own tasks in this app. AIMS looks at which AI tools are in use, never at the content of your conversations.

Designed around the EU AI Act, so that an organization can show which AI tools are in use, at what risk level, with a dated record behind it.

AIMS is the mobile companion to the AIMS desktop app. Administration, organization-wide reporting, payment and plan management live in the desktop app, not in this one. Available in 29 languages.

• Monitoring now starts reliably on the phone — turn it on and it runs, showing what it detects. (Main fix.)
• Monitoring is managed by the employee on their own device; the admin is notified if it's switched off.
• New daily summary notification at a time you choose.
• More reliable notifications that stop after you sign out.
• Also: app shows as "AIMS", smoother first-run, translated roles, and minor fixes.
