Ratings and reviews

I do like it, but I can't give it 5 stars because I feel it's missing some features or really needs. For example, being able to reorganize your favorites list, and being able to access the same animation effects from your favorites list as you have from the same effect if chosen from the ambiences section. App has potential, but still needs a little work. Not super user friendly either. Still worth the purchase though, imo.

It's great to have an Ap that provides decent "candle" effects. Some of the other motion effects are pleasant, too. Good romantic and artistic ambiance. The nice surprise for me is that the color blends provided by the AP presets are really well done...much better than I had been able to achieve myself. The less attractive bits are that the interface is awkward, and that sometimes when I try to switch between this Ap and the factory HUE Ap, everything locks up... Requiring a phone restart.

Excellent app, I paid for the pro version. A key thing missing, and why I give it 4 stars, is either widget functionality or ability to work with Google Assistant/IFTTT. Ultimately I would like the ability to more easily toggle a scene/experience with either a voice command or a virtual toggle (ex: widget) so that I can quickly adjust lights as desired. Right now I have to navigate through the app, which is a bit clunky, to get to the scene/experience I want. The Phillips Hue app has it.
