I have been using this app for more than 2 years now. Anytime I encountered difficulty I used to message the customer service on WhatsApp and the case will be solved within 24hrs. But I recently changed my phone and I've downloaded the app on it but I couldn't log in, whenever I tried to log in it always tell "unable to log in with the provided credentials". I even did forgotten password but got same result. I complained to the customer care on WhatsApp but got no reply since 3 days plus. Hmmmm

I have been using this site for more then 3yrs and it's seamless but today, my wallet was debited with the sum of 3450 without my consent in purchase of airtime from the app. I hope it is site glitch and they will refund my funds back. Since Saturday's complaint, the customer care decided to give a sentence to all my complaint. Telling me to reach out to the number that purchased the airtime, whereas I don't authorize the transaction.

horrible service for the past 2 days airtime transactions have been initiated without my consent up to the sum of 100k I have complained to their support and didn't get any response I even changed my password and still transactions keep being initiated please be careful with them edit: that number of is not reachable, and the rest that are reachable are not responding
