I have been using this site for more then 3yrs and it's seamless but today, my wallet was debited with the sum of 3450 without my consent in purchase of airtime from the app. I hope it is site glitch and they will refund my funds back. Since Saturday's complaint, the customer care decided to give a sentence to all my complaint. Telling me to reach out to the number that purchased the airtime, whereas I don't authorize the transaction.

Don't even try it, they are the most useless I've ever seen. Worst customer services. I have been unable to login to the app and I made a complaints to the customer service and they could not find any solution to it, they keep tell me it's an error from my end, at least ask for my username and check from their end they won't do that. I pray u people won't continue loosing customers due to ur lack of poor customer care representative. they are just bunch of loss

The support of this app is very poor. So poor !!!! Did a subscription and was successfully through the app, but I was not credited, I messaged the support repeatedly but for four days now, they have not even replied at all. What a bad feature for the apl
