Took me awhile to figure out this app. they use different words like 'appointment' instead of 'schedule'. But once you figure out where things are... and the words/menu they use for them, it works very well.

We have a wood burning fireplace that hasn't been used in a number of years. I've grown allergic and the hoise smells for days. We found a Turbro brand on Amazon that had great reviews, so we decided to give it a try. We installed it in the firebox where the grate was and it is fantastic. It came with a remote so we checked it out and then tested the remote and everything worked as advertised. Then I added this app, and walked through everything again. The app works perfectly as well.

The product came to me unable to connect to the app. I believe that the product is defective, not the app is no good to me because the product that it's supposed to attach to it does not. It was not helpful in getting me. The assistance that I needed to figure out the problem with the item that I had purchased.
