How to use the application
Register by keying in your personal data which will be later used for order fulfillment
Tania application requires access to your location via GPS to view the provided items by Tania according to your location. It is also possible to ignore the use of GPS by manually entering your address
Tania application requires access to your cellphone SMS in order to send the activation code to verify your phone number, which is required for the registration in Tania application.

It is a very very bad experience 😞 I ordered for gallons of water through their app. No confirmation of order or money received and the worst part of it is that I have not gotten the delivery even after three days and still counting. I called customer care, no one pick and even requested for a call back on several occasions and no one ever call back. I made several complain through their app, no one ever reply. 😭😭😭😭 Please, how do I get my money back?

Pathetic service. Just kept on increasing the delivery fee. Earlier it was free, then raised to SR 10, now raised to SR 15. The 8.75 refill goes to 11.75. I was not happy but continued with 10 SR delivery because I had the bottles. Now with 15 SR delivery, it's not worth it. For new users, plan before starting. You would find better options.

I am extremely disappointed with the delivery service provided by Tania. I placed an order for 7 gallons of water, but the delivery was never fulfilled. ​The delivery driver called me and made the excuse that he came to the location but could not find my house. When I asked why he did not call me upon arrival to confirm the location, he provided no valid explanation and simply promised to deliver the next day. That promised delivery never arrived. ​The behavior of the delivery staff is harsh.
