With new updates I find new bugs and the app becomes worse. Orders are delivered on time or shortly after but it's stuck in the app as (preparing) since 2021. And now after the latest update I have an issue where I can't use the app, on first screen it asks for my info (name, number, email) but I get error (email is not valid) tried 2 different emails with different domains, still not working. 🙃

Was working well almost more than a week ago and I was able to order at regular frequency. Maybe a new version got updated recently and it is a disaster now. 1. Placed an order via new app, never got delivered even 3 days after the chosen date, cancelled it. 2. In new app all old orders data is totally purged, no history visible. 3. New app order numbers are 4 digits , old app orders numbers were 6 digits, no coherence and consistency. 4. Customer care line puts you on hold ad infinitum.

The app works okay but the service is terrible. In my first order, I selected night delivery slot but when the driver callef, he refused to come and came after two days of the selected time, and that too during the day time when I was not home. I was forced to ask my wife to open the door for him. The second time ordered, he called me and told me he was coming but never came. I called him many times, and then I called customer service, spoke to his supervisor and still nothing was done. I quit.
