App is good and easy to use but app doesn't get started easily... once I tap the icon it lands on a page and doesn't move at all...I tried tapping sliding and many other things, and it stands dumb.... can you pls share on this... in case of emergency, if it happens, then?.. Yesterday I had to Keepit open and after a long time it changed page but I couldn't keep looking at it.. Now also am writing this after 10 times opening it and waiting for atleast 10 min each time it's still on welcome page

I am trying to upload documents from last few days for submission of claim, but unable to upload any documents as it is not taking pdf format, evrytime I am trying only showing no documents available though I have scanned and saved all documents in pdf format in my mobile for uploading. Very much frustrating experience. Also contacted customer care but they are telling log out from app, login again and try but I have tried several times and it is showing same thing every time.

I have uploaded all the documents under raise claim. However when I click on final submit, nothing happens. Also there is no error message. Just it stays on the same screen. I have tried 5-6 times. Please check your app. How can you upload a new app version without even doing full testing. Its so weired. Pl dont ask each user to send mobile number and error screenshots. Rather ask your tech team to do QC before uploading new app. Check claim status also not working. Space button not working.
