Not Good. Every time I renew my policies they create a new policy id. That should not be a problem but the worst part is it keep showing all the policies Active and Renewed in the same list without any ordering. So after few years of renewals you have lot of items. You have to look into each one of them to get to the correct one. Worst part is they created an app for it but there is no options of in app payment and renewal. It takes you to your browser where you need to manually enter again.
