Ratings and reviews

I had a very bad experience while raising a claim. Firstly, the app refreshes if you switch apps or take time to find documents, forcing you to start over—there should be a save option. Secondly, there's no way to cancel an upload in progress. Most importantly, if any document is missing, the insurer should notify and request it instead of directly deducting the amount from the claim. These deductions are only visible in the settlement letter, which is not user-friendly or transparent.

Services are good. I was able to connect with Dietician Samrudhi and she help me make the diet plan. However, App is not very responsive and helpful. it closes the chat as soon as screen shuts. and then you have to go through the entire process again.

Very bad app, list of issues. 1. Takes hours to open the app. 2. App crashes all the time. 3. You can't save the claim, because of any reason if you switch to other app like searching files etc..you would have to start over and fill all the details again. 4. Very difficult to attach files, it crashesh frequently. And many more, looks like some student have made it as college project learning technology first time. Pls resolve all these issue, it's important application. And why no web version?
