Very bad experience while submitting the claim. I am trying to submit my claim for the last 10 days, but when I reach the final submission page, the page not respond. Everyday I have connect with support team but they are helpless. Nothing doing and just saying please try again we have check and resolve the issue. Worst service in this sensetive matter. Also I tried from different phone as well same issue. I do not know how they got 4.2 star rating, it's seems to be fake. Very bad ICICI doing.

Really Bad experience while raising the claim After uploading evrything and giving every piece of informational at the end it just styas stuck and the claim doesnt go forward. therea no feature to save preferences about the info we need to put in frequently like our address / bank details etc. Also the tech team replies with vague answers that the attachment size must be high (which was not mere around 500 KB) / uninstall and reinstall the app that doesn't work.

I was trying to purchase top up plan for my existing insurance policy but after entering all the details it keeps on loading no page error or nothing. Unfortunately there's no option to purchase from the website. Nominee details DOB showing only 1958 year not beyond that. How can they restrict something like that. Lot of bugs and difficult to use this app. Not user friendly.
