WHY DOES THE APP REQUEST LOCATION PERMISSION?
Android requires location permission (and nearby WiFi devices permission on Android 13+) so the app can scan for WiFi networks. NetScout Pro uses it for this scanning feature.
NOTE
- NetScout Pro only reads information broadcast by networks or tests your own network. The app does not crack passwords, infiltrate other people's networks, or interfere with other users' connections.
- The app is free and displays ads.
- Scan results, favorites, and signal history are stored on your device.
