In accordance with the mandate of Law No. 14 of 2008 concerning Openness of Public Information (KIP), IPB as a public body fulfills information needs by creating a Public Information Service. IPB Public Information Services are also provided to make it easier for the public to obtain information about IPB. The public has the right to submit public information managed by IPB in accordance with applicable provisions. IPB serves all information requests through the Public Information Service online, and also offline (in person, electronic mail, telephone, fax, etc.).
