ByteExam BYOB (Bring Your Own Database) is a modern, self-service online exam platform specifically designed to give schools, colleges, or tutoring institutions full control over all their exam and learning data.

With the BYOB concept, your school acts as the full database server manager (via self-hosted Supabase or Docker), so student data, question banks, and grades are stored 100% securely on your own school server without the monthly subscription fees of a third-party platform.

Students simply open the app, scan the QR code from the school administrator, and immediately connect securely to take exams or practice questions!
