Ratings and reviews

The estimated price for service and spare parts in the apps are not the same as actual price. I think it would be nice if the estimated price when we booked in the apps didn't differ much from the actual price at the service point. However, this apps is extremely helpful to book for regular service schedules and so on. M2LTKLDJ

the app is very unresponsive, it takes a long time to go between features. and today when I open the app I can't open it, it stays in daya auto landing page even I tried to reinstall, restart device, etc. when I was booking the service on this app I can pay the added fee for changing sparepart here because when I touch pay by qris the page automatically change to rating service page, I didn't found where I can pay in this app

I don't understand the difference between booking a service through the Daya Auto app before arriving and actually coming to the workshop for service, since the motorcycle is handled same time with the person who comes directly to the workshop. It's weird.. Also, the service history during maintenance at the Daya Auto group workshop cannot be displayed in the Daya Auto App.. We cannot track our service history at all.. Very sucks..
