Ratings and reviews

I have a very good time while using this app. The UI is clean and simple, and the UX is very easy to navigate. However, if I can give some advice, I would appreciate if the team would give us a more 'legitimate' looking transaction (especially transfer) struck. While I like the simplicity of the current 'struck', sometimes I am afraid if someone whom I transferred my money to does not believe the digital transaction struck I give to them (especially in Indonesian context). Thank you.

Still need a lot of improvements. I cant topup my gopay wallet with line bank with respond "The information you have provided is not valid. Please check and try again". I ended up have to transfer my balance to my other digital bank account. We need a reliable, fast, and complete common banking features.

I can't open the app, it keeps malfunctioning after the update on 21 Oct. I have no access to my own money, wth is this scam. Everytime I open the app, there's a pop up that says "unusual activity" and the only option is to force close it.
